Build vs. buy — why not Intercom Fin or Zendesk AI?
If their out-of-the-box AI deflects what you need at the cost they charge, buy it. We get hired when teams have measured those products and found the deflection ceiling too low for their product surface, or the pricing doesn't pencil at their ticket volume. We'll tell you that in the audit.

Yes. Intercom, Zendesk, and HubSpot have first-class APIs we use frequently; Linear and Pylon are clean to integrate too. We sit alongside the tool you're keeping rather than replacing it.
How do you handle eval and quality over time without it drifting?
Every shipped agent has an eval suite — graded examples you sign off on at launch — that runs on every prompt or model change. We review weekly for the first month, monthly under retainer thereafter. If quality drifts, you'll know before customers do.
