Yes — AMS360 and EPIC are our most-shipped; HawkSoft and Applied Epic we integrate via their APIs or middleware (Vertafore Bridge, etc.). We work around the AMS, not against it.
E&O exposure — what happens if the AI gets coverage wrong?
We don't ship AI that binds, quotes a price, or speaks to coverage substance without a licensed producer in the approval loop. AI prepares; licensed humans decide and sign. E&O posture stays where your carrier needs it.
Can AI help with commission accounting and reconciliation?
Yes — commission statement parsing and reconciliation against AMS records is a clean AI win. We've shipped it for brokerages doing $20M–$200M GWP. ROI usually shows up in finance, not sales.
