AI consulting for restaurants.
Restaurant ops are repetition. AI replaces the repetition without changing what you serve or how your team runs the floor.
The work restaurants and restaurant groups run by hand.
These are the operations we've seen compress the most when restaurants and restaurant groups hand them to a well-built AI workflow — measured against the actual hours your team spends, not a vendor demo.
- 01
Phone reservations, waitlist, and call-ahead handling
- 02
Catering and private-event inquiries with menu and pricing
- 03
Review responses, feedback follow-up, and reputation operations
What we typically ship.
Real workflows we've built for restaurants and restaurant groups. The right starting point for your team will be one of these — or a remix.
- 01
Reservation & waitlist voice agent
Answers every call during service, takes reservations into OpenTable / Tock / Resy, handles waitlist and modify/cancel requests. Stops the dropped-call leakage.
- 02
Catering & events agent
Qualifies catering and private-event inquiries by date, headcount, and budget; pulls in the right menu and pricing; hands a warm lead to your events manager.
- 03
Review-response agent
Drafts on-brand responses to Google, Yelp, and Tripadvisor reviews for owner sign-off, prioritizing the ones that actually need a personal reply.
Discovery → Pilot → Production.
Every engagement starts with a one-week sprint — audit, ADR, and a written go / no-go on the operation you want to hand to AI. Roughly one in four pilots gets killed at that step; that's the point.
If we move to a build, you ship a single end-to-end agent on real data inside three to six weeks. We hand off repo, prompts, and runbook. Retainers exist for care and growth — never for lock-in.

- Does this work with OpenTable, Toast, Tock, Resy, Square?
- Yes — OpenTable, Tock, and Resy have workable APIs; Toast and Square we integrate via their POS APIs where the workflow touches menu or order data. We don't ask you to switch reservation platforms.
- Will guests know they're talking to AI on the phone?
- We identify the AI on first contact when it's an inbound voice agent; the alternative is a missed call. Our measured outcome is reservation-set rate, not voice realism for its own sake.
- Multi-location — does this scale across a group?
- Yes, that's where the ROI compounds. We model per-location config (menu, hours, capacity) so each location keeps its identity while the platform handles the volume centrally.
Send us your most expensive operation.
We'll have an audit on your desk in five days.
One PDF. No deck. No obligation. We'll tell you whether AI is the right answer for it — and if it is, we'll quote the build the same week.
