Will it hallucinate?
We design with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) so every answer is grounded in your real docs. We also ship guardrails: refusal patterns, citation-required answers, and confidence-based escalation.
How long does it take to train?
First production version is 2–3 weeks. Most of that time is spent on knowledge-base curation and edge-case handling, not the model itself.
Can it integrate with [our tool]?
Almost certainly. We've built integrations with Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Confluence, Slack, Discord, custom backends. If your tool has an API, we can wire it.
What about brand voice?
