- Yes — most engagements run on top of an existing PMS. Open Dental has a clean API; Dentrix and Eaglesoft we work around with their bridge tools or screen-level automation when needed. We won't force you to switch platforms to use AI.
- Will an AI voice agent sound robotic to my patients?
- No, and we won't ship one that does. Modern voice agents (ElevenLabs, Vapi, Retell) sound human, handle interruptions, and hand off to your team when they sense escalation. We do a shadow run on real calls before any patient hears it.
