- Yes — NetSuite and SAP B1 are our most-shipped mid-market ERPs; Epicor and IQMS we integrate via their APIs or DB hooks; Fishbowl is straightforward. We work alongside your ERP, not against it.
- Will operators on the floor use this without training overhead?
- We design for operator UX, not engineer UX — voice notes, photo capture, simple confirmations. If the operator workflow takes longer than the old way, we re-do it.
- How do you handle IP-sensitive specs and customer drawings?
- Drawings and specs are sensitive — we use providers that offer zero-data-retention configurations, BAAs/DPAs where needed, and on-prem models when the workflow warrants. Your engineering data is not used to train any model.
